Boat batteries were not charged. My friends and I got stranded in a weedy bay. Tony offered no help when called. Blamed us for the issue and said nothing was wrong with the boat and that we must have done something. Owned a boat most of my life as has my friend that was with us. Never had three deep cycle batteries die in 3.5 hours no matter if the depth finder, radio or trolling motor were on.
Not a good experience at all.
Had to wait for an hour to get the boat at pick up and drop off. Were told the boat had been out all week and just got back that morning. I deduce that they didn't take the time to charge the batteries or switch them out. Considering we had to bother random people to jump our boat for us and it died soon after we got back to the dock.
They helped me numerous times with problems I couldn't solve myself. Very friendly and professional service.

Promised by the staff that they would charge us $75 instead of $225. They charged me $154 as they refused to waive a pick up or drop off fee and charged us $26 for gas when all three of my friends specifically recall the tank being very nearly full as we BARELY USED IT. I was hoping for fair treatment after this ordeal and was treated even worse when I called to discuss the charges.
Not about the money but for sure about the principle. We put a lot of time and money into the trip. My buddy is a cop who rarely gets time off. We've wasted more time and energy dealing with this than we did fishing.
